The Howell PAL provides before and after care to K-5 students in the Howell Township School District. Before care begins at 6:30 AM and lasts until school starts, while after care begins at the end of the school day and ends at 6 PM.

Gentle Yoga is a relaxing workout that is made for the beginner and/or those with special health needs or weight restraints.
May register up until day of class!

Located inside of Southard School, the Little PALS Preschool provides a full day of play and enrichment by combining safety and security with quality staff, enriching education and age appropriate activities.

This is a free community program for adults who love to read and meet new people in the community! Please make sure that you have already read the book when you join us at book club. Books are not provided. This is a free program but we do ask to bring a shareable snack when coming to discuss this months book selection.

Helping Hands Art and Exercise program is designed for with people autism and other developmental disabilities aged high school to adult. Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment that helps develop social, cognitive, emotional, and physical awareness and to prepare for life after high school.
We incorporate job training into all components of our programming. Creating art, marketing, packaging our products, and register training are just a few skills worked on each week. Art Gallery Sales are well attended in the community with our artists greeting guests and working in the Art Gallery Store.

The Howell Pal Youth Leadership Council has been in existence since 2002 starting with a few members and over the years has grown to become an outstanding group of young adults all with dedication and desire to serve their community.

Howell PAL Theatre company is a comprehensive theatre program for children. This includes classes at the PAL and two major shows per year at the Strand Theatre in Lakewood. Gillian Bryck and her production team have been working with children in Howell and the surrounding area for the past 12 years, providing them with a true theatre experience while nurturing each individual child.

The schedule of sessions is as follows:
July 30th: Chakra 101 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Aug 6th: 7 Levels of Energy - 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Aug 20th: Supporting Kids Through New School Year Transition - 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Sept 17th: The Beloved Child - techniques shared by Dr. Daniel Seigel & Steven Covey - 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Oct 22nd: Action Steps for Parents & Children to Prevent Bullying - 630pm to 8:00pm
Nov 12th: Effective Techniques for Managing Tantrums & Meltdowns
Dec 17th: Strengthening the Parent-Child Relationship

Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing is a yearly program that develops the youth in discipline, leadership, and self-confidence. The program teaches its members the importance of working as a team and everyone has an opportunity to lead as a team captain during training. The program can be useful for young motivators looking into new ways to get in shape, build self confidence, or for those inspiring to compete from local to the national level. The program is linked with USA Boxing therefore its members have an opportunity to get sponsored, nationally ranked, payed, and travel as they develop in their skills. The sky is the limit! For constant updates and any last minute or schedule changes please refer to the Howell PAL Headd Strong Boxing Facebook Page. For any questions please reach out to Coach Headd at 908-565-3394. It will run Mondays and Tuesdays starting January 6th. Ages 13-17 will practice from 4pm-5pm, Adults will be 5:15pm-7pm at the PAL Boxing gym on West Farms Road in Howell.

Groups consist of 2 - 7 people. Each 30 minute session works to bring awareness to unblock stored up negativity within the body. Attention given to the 7 main chakras.
$20/session (2nd Monday of each month 6:30 - 7:00pm).
